Paintings:

​All of the artwork you find on this site are original paintings, exclusively painted in acrylics and inks.  They are not prints.

I have done my best to show images that represent the works as accurately as possible including excluding any borders to the paintings..

Each painting will come with a Certificate of Authenticity.

      Terms & Conditions:

  • ​It is the buyers responsibility to check all the details such as the dimensions, delivery and access prior to placing an order to ensure that the painting ordered is suitable for your requirements and will fit in your home.​

  • ​Whilst every effort has been made to ensure prices and specifications are correct at time of publication of this site occasionally human errors can occur - in this situation then Joanna Sellors reserves the right to cancel the order.

  • ​Payment for artwork is via Paypal which makes transactions simple and secure - payment is only possible from desktop - not mobile. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer then please contact me to arrange

  • Most of the paintings listed on this site are priced with p&p included.  This applies to Mainland UK deliveries only.

  • For International shipping the buyer will pay for the postal costs and a small packing fee to be arranged.  This will be paid for by Bank Transfer.

​​       Returns Policy:​

  • ​Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • The artwork must be in it's original condition with all seals and packaging intact.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and only covers the original cost of the artwork.

  • The buyer pays for the return shipping and it is recommended that a tracked and insured service is used.

  • If an order is cancelled by the customer after dispatch has occurred the artist will not be able to interrupt the delivery.  In this case, the buyer would be responsible for the return of the artwork within 7 days of the delivery date.  The artwork must still be in it's original packaging if a refund is to be made possible.  The buyer is responsible for the cost of the returned order.

        Damage in transit:

  • ​In the unlikely event that the artwork itself arrives damaged the following is advised:

  • Refuse the shipment as 'damaged goods' and have the shipment returned to sender.

       OR

  • Advise the courier service to mark the tracking as 'received damaged, subject to further inspection'.

  • You will need to file a claim as soon as possible.  You are advised to keep all boxes and original packing material.  Keep hold of the tracking number as reference and give as detailed a description of the damage as possible along with the value.  I would be grateful that you take photos of the damaged packaging and contact me as soon as possible with information as to the course of action that you have taken.

  • ​This site does not collect any personal information other that that which is entered by the buyer purchasing an artwork.  Any information provided to purchase a painting is solely used for that purpose and is not disclosed to any third parties
